Since our eCommerce offering first launched in 2016 it has become an integral part of growing our business. That’s why we’re building our talent pool and searching for passionate Merchandising Data Administrators to join the eCommerce Team on a 15-month fixed-term contract, helping us continue to provide the best possible service for our customers.

As a Merchandising Data Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks from product data merchandising and product building, to ensuring all work completed is to the highest standards. You will be responsible for your own products launching, managing one in every 4 weeks’ launch dates, so it’s important you have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product build in the product data application.
  • Import and export data in large volumes.
  • Vertical lookups and data analysis in excel to provide high quality reports.
  • Liaise with third party marketing agencies and buying teams via phone and email.
  • Liaise with the eCommerce Fulfilment and Warehouse Team.
  • Peer review colleague’s work in detail ensuring high quality data entry.
  • Play an active role in the continuous improvement of your area.
  • Assist with any other reasonable requests made by your direct leader.

Essential Skills Required:

  • A Levels or equivalent.
  • Recent or current data administration experience.
  • Strong technical skills in applications and data administration.
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines.
  • A motivated and engaged team member.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Desirable Skills Required:

  • eCommerce system usage e.g. product merchandising.
  • Experience in copy writing or writing for an online audience.
  • An understanding of SEO.

  • Salary starting from £22,310, rising to £27,450.
