This exciting role is fundamental in the day-to-day management of Large Format Roadside, Street Furniture & Communication Hub advertising development. As part of this varied & dynamic role, you will provide support, administrative assistance, site identification & development, contract, estate and relationship management across key, high-profile partnerships held with public & private sector clients in major towns and cities across the UK.
What you’ll be doing...
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with key external partners (Clients - Commercial, Private and Public Landlords) through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Gaining an understanding of the client’s business structures, processes and people to drive delivery of key contract performance measures.
  • Ensuring maximum responsiveness to client queries via phone, email and face to face meetings on site across the North & Midlands region
  • Supporting the Senior Partnerships & Development Manager on negotiations with external stakeholders to achieve agreement for business development proposals and secure sites through to contract completion.
  • Supporting the Senior Partnerships & Development Manager on day-to-day contract management across multiple key, high-profile partnerships held across both the public & private sector.
  • Collaborating closely with key contacts within the client’s business under contract and relationship management of the large format & street furniture advertising estates.
  • Working with Planning on completion of site surveys and planning pro formas prior to planning application submission.
  • Working closely the Projects to support the delivery of multiple site developments across large format, street furniture and Communication Hub formats.
  • Collaborating closely with the Estates team to help ensure the accuracy of inventory and commercial performance to aid with client commercial reporting.
  • Liaising with both the Operations team and Health & Safety and Sustainability teams to monitor adherence to contractual KPI’s and SLA’s as well as any site issues or incidents.
  • Acting as a key contact person, together with the Senior Partnerships & Development Manager, for any new development opportunities and working with the client on the negotiation process to secure contract completion.
  • Monitoring UK Digital OOH development, including but not limited to competitor planning development activity.
  • Sharing key updates and information on Social Value & Sustainability partnerships within the UK business, contributing to the company wide One Team ethos.
  • Supporting with the approval process for new locations including carrying out detailed site surveys and respective documentation.
  • Using financial reports to capture and analyse site and overall contract performance.
  • Regular city and site visits across the North & Midland region to undertake detailed site surveys, take photos and ensure site is always presentable as well as handle any issues as and when they arise.
  • Supporting with the preparation of materials and presentations for meetings, ensuring excellent quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Producing minutes and actions lists at key client meetings, circulating these in a timely fashion and ensuring minutes are carefully filed.

  • Previous experience in client relationship management is desirable.
