Overview of role

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2021. This is a remote working position. The equivalent annual salary for this role is £25,000 per annum.

Due to an increase in vacancies, following the reopening of our dealership operations, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join us on a fixed-term contract.

This is a remote working position of 40-hours per week. For this role, we are open to considering flexible working and will be happy to speak to you about this with you at interview stage.

We’re Looking For Someone To
  • Oversee the recruitment process for certain dealership roles.
  • Create job adverts and advertise roles in line with the Group’s recruitment advertising strategy.
  • Support with candidate screening and administration of our online assessment platform.
  • Arrange interviews.
  • Liaise professionally and efficiently with hiring managers to seek candidate feedback.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
  • Has experience as a recruiter, either within a recruitment agency, or as part of a in house recruitment team.
  • Has experience in proactive candidate sourcing on databases and using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Is used to working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Is a team player.
