As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

With this role you’ll be working as part of Hastings Drug Team.

The team supports people with their or their loved ones’ drug and/or alcohol issues.

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

You’ll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.

The successful applicant will have care coordination responsibilities, as well as spending time recovery planning, assessing risk to clients, and reviewing their progress to ensure they are on the right path. You will be working closely with your colleagues, including nurses, doctors, and volunteers, as well as external partner agencies to ensure your clients are provided with a comprehensive package of care.

You will be committed to a positive and empowering approach to care and will work with service users to initiate recovery from adrug and alcohol dependence, enabling them to move into long-term sustained recovery and social (re)integration.
