Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.
An exceptional team leader is required to support the Management team with the on-going development and delivery of our North Lancashire Integrated Recovery Service.
You will be required to lead and drive performance and service quality within your team. You will be required to provide strong leadership and be responsible for the line management and professional development of the staff team.
You will provide a constant stimulus for growth and improvement in a learning environment and culture. You will have excellent communication and organisational abilities and proactively demonstrate commitment to the work of Change Grow Live and uphold our organisational values.
