What To Expect

The Project Planner is crucial for co-ordinating and structuring unique Supply Chain activities that the Aftermarket business faces on a daily basis. As different areas of our business expand, we need to be proactive in the way the Parts business is as able to continue to support Parts Availability to our customers (both internal and external).

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Supporting internal functions / departments such as Classic and SV to ensure parts availability for a range of exciting future programme launches
  • Key central contact for communicating NAS Port Fit Parts and Accessories status, risks and opportunities
  • Supply Chain co-ordination for any unique projects involving cross functional teams that may need a dedicated single point of contact to own and manage
  • Align, develop and create processes that can be rolled out and embedded into the Business-as-Usual Team for ongoing management
  • Supporting upcoming business growth projects to ensure Special Planning involvement and consideration within planning activities.
What You’ll Need

You’ll join us with knowledge and appreciation of the end-to-end Aftermarket Supply Chain functions. As well as being highly analytical in reviewing data to identify Supply Chain risks, gaps and opportunities.

Naturally you’ll have clear and effective communication skills and will be able to effectively report project statuses and progress on Supply Chain activities.

You’ll also have:
  • The ability to hold stakeholders accountable to core timings and commitments
  • Experience of working as a team player with track record of co-ordinating a number of different stakeholders
  • Experience in process mapping and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiencies
  • Appreciation of lean and agile principles and how they apply in a Supply Chain environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Projects (preferable)
