As a Barclays Project Manager, you will be project managing medium and scale projects from inception through to delivery. Working within wholesale client onboarding where we e shape and deliver the portfolio of change in addition to managing the BAU live service to ensure that our clients have uninterrupted access to the critical services they require to run their business.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring steady governance over the projects and effective stakeholder engagement and involvement in the programme
  • Ensuring comprehensive project documentation, including project plan / milestones, business requirements, process flow diagrams and management / project status reporting
  • Working closely with key Front Office, Middle Office / Operations, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to obtain comprehensive business requirements.
  • Gathering development and testing estimates and including these in formal project plans.
  • Working closely with run the bank staff on release planning of projects.
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out in accordance within risk and control guidelines and all necessary Barclays Change Standard

What We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge and experience of end-to-end project lifecycle management within financial organisations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Understanding and experience of agile projects including spring planning and management.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports and documentation for meeting forums, including accurate documenting of meeting minutes and meeting facilitation

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

  • Experience in Salesforce in Financial Services industry (Front Office and Client Servicing Departments)
  • Exposure to Salesforce Servicing Cloud and Einstein Analytics
  • Exposure to Salesforce API integrations

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
