If you are looking for experience across a range of services then this is the perfect role. You need to be a clear communicator, a problem solver with a positive attitude and flexible approach.

You will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating all administration tasks within a project, maintaining and updating the project schedule, monitoring progress, communicating to the project team and reporting on budget. Monitoring repairs inbox, uploading jobs, contacting contractors and working with facility team.

Job Purpose

Support facility manager to maintain the premises across enable to a compliant level.

Help the project meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.

Assist with preparing action plans, analysing risk and managing resources

Job Dimensions

The postholder will be required to work across the enable portfolio and be flexible to work evenings and weekends if required.

Responsible to the facility Manager, duties to include working closely with project team maximise project delivery and impact.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Schedule meetings take minutes and follow up on actions.

Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project

Implement policies and procedures

Create weekly workflow

Track finances work on budget forecast

Report on team and project performance

Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications

Assess project risk

Manage repairs and operations inbox, raising jobs, booking contractors, creating POs.

Support Facility Manager with reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance.

To ensure that your line manager is made aware and kept fully informed of any concerns which you may have in relation to safeguarding and/or child protection.

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post.
