As the Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role through our next phase of product-led expansion by leading our current major revenue-generating product lines as well as new emerging ones.

In this position, you will manage a global team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers, and you will report directly to the Vice President of Product Management.

As a top product leader, you will be responsible for evolving, developing, and overseeing an ambitious product vision, and will collaborate with Engineering to deliver the resulting product roadmap by efficiently managing the backlog following Agile principles.

Core Competencies
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage a team of product leaders for at least 5 years
  • End-to-end product management experience, from vision to specifications, to working with Engineering, Marketing and Sales
  • Experience with Cloud solutions product management
  • Expertise in B2B, ERP, and/or CRM solutions
  • Experience with Product-led Growth preferred
  • Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences
  • Able to work and manage effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, sales, Engineering, and the management team
  • Superior project management skills, with a track record in applying Agile product delivery methodologies
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

Location:

Stratford-upon-Avon, UK. This is a hybrid position.
