Your Tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of a structured Process Safety Management System for Campact.
  • Maintain, review and update related procedures and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical process safety support in Hazard Studies and Process Safety audits, acting upon recommendations.
  • Provide technical process safety support to new Management of Change projects.
  • Participate in incident investigations, and acting to improve common incident root causes.
  • Assist Campact in developing and leading a strong site safety culture.
  • Prepare for and present at competent authority inspections.
  • Maintain, review and update the Comah Safety Report.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in process safety, specifically relating to one or more core Process Risk Management deliverables, such as PHA, LOPA Risk Assessment, HAZOP, or HAZID essential.
  • Supervisory Management skills.
  • Related work experience in a Chemical environment is desirable.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, and organization and analytical skills.
  • Experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports.
  • Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
