For our plant in Hexham

At EGGER the Customer Service Assistants strive to exceed the expectations of our customers, taking pride in our products and our brand. This is a part time, job share role based at Hexham.

Your Tasks
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders using defined systems and processes.
  • Use the relevant Company systems to ensure accuracy across all areas.
  • Review accounts and work with the customer to progress outstanding invoices.
  • Carry out administrative duties within the department as designated by the Customer Services Team Leaders and contribute towards departmental projects.

Our Requirements
  • Well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner and customer service ethic.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good standard of secondary education.
  • Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products, with experience of SAP desirable, but not essential.
  • Health and Safety aware.
