This role will have responsibility for identifying leading business process improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Work on a structured approach to solving business problems using business process improvement methods in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working
  • Develop operational processes by supporting stakeholders in ensuring processes achieve efficiencies
  • Support the adherence to compliance of Regulatory, Corporate or Process through the introduction of a range of relevant methodologies, tracking and reporting of these metrics
  • Contribute to the delivery and planning of strategic options analysis and evaluation together with proposal presentation to stakeholders on Business Processes and related improvements
  • Work in line with formal project and change management techniques to ensure on time delivery and achievement of planned outcomes
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceEssential:
  • Relevant previous experience Business Process Improvement
  • Previous experience of Project Management and use of Project Management techniques
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
Desirable:
  • Above average IT skills, with a strong knowledge of process flow diagrams
  • Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables
