WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Youll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company with a headquarters in Bideford.

We are looking to attract a proactive, organised, and reliable payroll manager to join our vibrant team, who will play a key role in delivering a professional payroll service in the UK. This opportunity will involve the responsibility of working to the highest standards whilst ensuring the timely and accurate administration of payroll, compensation and benefits is dealt with promptly and correctly, according to company policies/procedures and external statutory legislation.

A key responsibility of this role will be the managing of payroll, pensions, compensation and benefits for the organisation. Youll be working closely with our fabulous People and Finance teams to achieve this. Youll be responsible for the administration of our payroll records and reports. Youll need to be data savvy, able to produce dynamic payroll reports with the ability to analyse this information, help support informed decisions and drive pro-active measured change throughout the business. Youll also be counted on to support with payroll-related projects and should also have experience in supporting the implementation of new payroll systems and software.
