Whatwill I be doing?

Youll be joining our fast paced, multi-site, customer-facing company headquartered inBideford. Our payroll guru is retiring to make way for a new talent to take thereins as our People and Payroll Specialist. We are looking to attract aproactive, organised, and reliable payroll specialist to join our vibrant team,who will play a key role in delivering a professional Payroll Service to theUK. This opportunity will involve the responsibility of working to the higheststandards whilst ensuring the timely and accurate administration of payroll,compensation and benefits is dealt with promptly and correctly according tocompany policies / procedures and external statutory legislation.

This role will have a big responsibility for managing the payroll, pensions, compensation and benefits for the organisation. Youll be working closely with our fabulous people and finance teams to achieve this. Youll be responsible for the administration of our people records and reports. Analytics will be something you understand and are passionate about as you see the value it delivers in helping our people department drive proactive measured change. Youll also be counted on to support with people-related projects.
