We are looking for a PASSIONATE Pastry Chef who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant!

We are now seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Pastry Chefwho:


Has the ability to oversee and direct all Pastry aspects of the kitchen operation


You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef

You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef on the creation of all desserts for the restaurant and banqueting and for VIP events

You will also have strong knowledge to oversee and organise the pastry section and liaise with the banqueting team for large events

All production will be carried out in line with appropriate food portion control, the departmental business plan, and Pullman guidelines and service concepts


You will work within a dedicated team of Chefs and be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in an International Company.


We are a four star property with 312 bedrooms, a 1 Rosette restaurant that seats 100, unique meeting and conference facilities including the 466 Shaw Theatre, the Nobel suite and 17 meeting rooms.
