Are you the type of person that enjoys building good working relationships with internal colleagues across difference departments. The type of person who can have a number of people asking for their time and have a number of tasks on the go but can prioritise well and ensures that everything gets addressed and sorted at the end of day? (a day that will fly by..)As an Operations Administrator you will build relationships with a team of our Fibre Engineers who are out in the field installing and fixing our Fibre Network. You will also build relationships and liaise with our Customer Operations Team, providing them with updates and information that they can feedback to customers.We need someone who can organise a team of around 25 engineers – someone who can plan, schedule and allocate their workload in the most efficient way (we use a system to help with this). Get to know them, who can do what, who is best placed to go where and when – and can handle the day to day fall out that can happen, eg react to changes to the plans and schedules (think sickness, breakdowns, etc).The above is an overview of the role, there is more to it…Such as, production of job packs for the Engineers, collating info and data for reports, spotting and feeding trends to managers to help improve how we do things. We continue to grow and develop so there is still plenty of scope for people to bring new ideas and initiatives to the table.Overall we are keen to speak to people who are well organised, can prioritise, can build these internal relationships and let’s be honest can react and respond to things in a calm positive way when they don’t go according to plan.Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, having grown from 100 to 700+ employees over the past 5 years, we are developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.Note: The team currently work a standard Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm shift however this may change to include slight shift patterns during the week so that the team can cvoer 7.30am to 7.30pm, with a Saturday on a rota basis.Staff Rewards, Benefits And OpportunitiesWe foster a collaborative, engaging culture that empowers staff to grow and maximise their skills.
