Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships the Compliance Coordinator will ensure compliance with operational contractual requirements and support on the coordination of all related communication and reporting.Key Accountability & ResponsibilitiesEnsure standard operating procedures are in place and fit for purpose, aligned to contractual requirements with necessary audit and governance structureBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with specified Openreach PIA product specification and related contractual commitmentsMaintain up to date records of changing contractual requirements, with effective communication of updates to key stakeholdersCoordinate steering group actions and support in response to external partners on consultation of contract changesSupport with reporting and forecasting requirements relating to key contracts and partnershipsMaintain and enhance performance metrics for delivery teams working with PIA and related contractsCoordinate escalation cases with internal and external stakeholders relating to the use of PIA and partnership contractsWork closely with the Technical Administrative Team, to support training for new colleagues in the execution of PIA administrative tasks and related contractsKnowledge & SkillsExperience of working with contract controls, governance, improvements and initiativesConfident in reviewing contractual terms and critical assessment of their implicationsStrong planning skills with a good general awareness of risk managementKnowledge of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) preferable, not essentialAbility to work collaboratively and build effective working relationshipsAbility to use Microsoft Office package efficiently and competent in excelWork well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAccuracy and strong attention to detailAbility to learn quickly and be passionate about learning new things every dayHave a get the job done/can do attitudeCritical thinking and problem solving, ability to use initiativeGigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, having grown from 100 to 600 employees over the past 5 years, we are developing our fibre-to-the-premises broadband infrastructure to some of the most difficult to reach areas of the UK, empowering those communities with broadband to rival any city.
