About Our Client

My client is well-known, market-leading and extremely exciting brand who specialise with the FMCG industry.

Job Description

  • Review of weekly/monthly profit & loss statements with the provision of a business commentary including variance analysis.
  • Undertake nominal ledger tasks including processing of journals, nominal ledger cross-charges and period end reconciliations.
  • Provide detailed analysis to the operations of the key business performance drivers and internal reporting trend analysis.
  • Present the Weekly and Monthly Financial & KPI Performance.
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet Summary with supporting reconciliations, identifying financial risk/opportunity.
  • Responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • The finance lead for the Budget & Forecast presentation to Directors and Senior Management.

The Successful Applicant

  • You must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified with a few years experience in a similar role.
  • You will have an ’out side of the box’ approach to problem-solving and robust influencing skills.
  • You will be working within a fast-paced environment therefore you should be able to effectively plan & prioritise workload whilst ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
