Keltbray Infrastructure is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work from either their Crewe or Preston Brook office. The Quantity Surveyor plays an integral part in delivering exceptional commercial results. Core responsibilities encompass project delivery, commercial reporting and maximising profit.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will assist the commercial team in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of all schemes.

Your role will require you to input into the application and credit control processes, understanding of income forecast and pricing of variations, change control system, project risk, production of CVRs and CTC. You will also be able to cost, budget and forecast whilst understand sub-contract cycles and documentation.

The Quantity Surveyor is expected to:

● Contribute to the timely achievement of forecast figures for turnover, profit and income

● Contribute to timely production of accurate internal accounts and internal/external

reports/audits

● Contribute to timely production of accurate cost and forecasting information

● Contribute to change control system

● Contribute to prompt placement and payment of sub-contracts. Maintenance of sub-contract
