We’re looking for Operational Support to join our Award-Winning Team to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

What you’ll get up to…
You will be working within a close-nit team, providing exceptional support and technical assistance to Team Members, Personal Travel Advisors, Personal Travel Consultants, and Managers.

Your role will be to maintain systems and procedures relevant to ensuring that the business runs smoothly, effectively, and professionally. Always going the extra mile and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will liaise with third party suppliers who provide services to the business in relation to technology and telephony systems.

Within your role as Operation Support you will communicate internal processes and procedures in line with the business requirements.

What we’re looking for…

We are looking for somebody who can work in a considerably reactive environment. Things can change instantaneously, so the ideal candidate will need to be flexible, versatile, positive, and able to multi-task.

On top of that, they need to be friendly and enthusiastic, have exceptional communicationand technology skills and have a high level of attention to detail.

Our Operational Support spend a lot of time problem solving and using systems, so they must have impeccable skill within IT.

They need to display excellent teamwork capabilities, manging their own/joint workload and meeting deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage new starter and leave processes, in terms of equipment and system access.

· To assist other teams regarding supplier, system, and equipment queries.

· To communicate internal processes and procedures as well as relevant supplier updates.

· Manage incentives and staff bookings.

· Manage/Oversee the ODR/APX process.

Hours and salary:

40 hours per week

Monday – Friday.

8.30am – 17.30pm

£19,000 Per Annum
