Office Administrator
£24,000 - 27,000 DOE
Monday to Friday
35 - 40 hr week - Some flexibility on start and finish times

Commutable from Weston Super Mare, Highbridge, Bridgwater, Wedmore, Cheddar and surrounding areas

My Client is a Privately owned Water Treatment Company, based on the Outskirts of Weston Super Mare. They are a small and dynamic team and are now seeking a Office administrator to support their Service Team. This is an amazing opportunity to join an ambitious, energetic, inclusive business, at a pivotal point in their development and to work in an exciting and fast moving environment


Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative assistance across the Service Team and beyond

  • Assisting with coordinating of deliveries and collections alongside planned engineers visits

  • Processing purchase orders documentation

  • Co-ordination of instrument calibration

  • Scanning & uploading of documentation

  • Booking accommodation and making travel arrangements as required

  • General filing

  • Other duties as appropriate



Office Administrator Skills / Experience Required:

  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Are highly organised

  • Believe in providing a high level of customer service at all times

  • Have a high level of competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Have previous experience of working in a busy multi-function role

  • And the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Office Administrator Salary and Benefits:
