Production Manager - £up to 40k DOE

We are currently seeking a Production Manager for an expanding and innovative food Service company who supply premium products to a wide range of customers

Reporting into the Site Manager, My client is looking to recruit a Production Manager for their modern FMCG site based near Exeter. This is a Monday to Friday Day based role and your remit will be to ensure production targets are met and continued management and development of a team in excess of 50 staff.



The Successful Production Manager must have:

  • Food, Drink, Pharma, FMCG Manufacturing experience
  • Must be organised and happy to work under pressure
  • Must have previous Managerial experience.
  • Must enjoy being hands on and enjoy training and developing people
  • Excellent people skills including coaching and developing staff
  • H&S knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Techniques

Salary of up to £40 DOE
