Summary

My client is looking for an Administrator to join their team and to help support the function and demands of the business. As an Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the operations and engineering team with all round administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support closing and open work orders and prioritising to deliver to the onsite engineers.
  • Uploading documentation to company portals with accurate information.
  • Monitoring emails and raising with helpdesk
  • Office administration and business ad-hoc duties.
  • Delegating work orders to staff in different departments.
  • Other Ad hoc duties associated with the administrative function of the team
Desired Experiences
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • High levels of accuracy with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of people.
  • A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel
