Wykeham & Co is a small team of 7 employees, located in a rural setting in Lower Seagry. Our office is unconventional, a unique idyllic place to work.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Conveyancing Assistant at Wykeham & Co. The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the processing and completion of conveyancing transactions. This includes opening files, conducting property searches, post-completion procedures, liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties, and providing administrative support to 2 fee earners in the conveyancing team. The role is located in Lower Seagry and is an on-site position.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in conveyancing or a legal environment preferred
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in conveyancing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
