The home is dedicated to providing the highest levels of care, tailored to suit individual needs, ensuring dignity and respect, and allowing residents to enjoy life to the fullest. My client is looking for someone who can truly hit the ground running - this is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to join the team at a well-established medium Nursing Home. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it operates efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. As Home Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies. Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Ability to supervise and lead a clinical team
  • Experience as a manager in a Nursing home with good CQC report
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Marketing the home and ensuring occupancy
  • Ensuring CQC compliance
  • Deliver excellent person-centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues My client is offering a salary of up to £60K along with a company pension and other benefits.
