A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Assistant to join an outstanding home care provider in Gerrards Cross. You will be joining a SUPPORTIVE and CARING team, who put first class care at the heart of everything they do. The branch is still very young, however they have a Good CQC rating across the board with their sights set on Outstanding further down the line. Here you will be part of a small, close-knit team with a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the business owner to take the business further and provide a superb quality of care to service users. Their ideal candidate is someone who prides themselves on providing the highest possible standard of care to residents and helping service users to live independently without sacrificing the quality of their care.

The Key Responsibilities Of Our Support/Care Workers Include
  • Provide an exceptional standard of individual care and personal care to residents at all times
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Possess high regard for personal safety of the client
  • Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work legislation; in particular in the moving and handling of residents and fire safety/evacuation procedures
  • Willing to further professional development by participating in appraisals and team meetings and training
  • Adhere to all company and local policies/procedures
Qualifications/Experience Required
  • Experience working as a Support Worker/Care Assistant essential
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care level 2/3
  • Access to own vehicle is essential for this community based role
