We are recruiting for a Night Care Assistant to join our clients uniquely beautiful care home located in Blandford Forum, Dorset. As a Care Assistant you will be working as part of a focused, and skilled team of fully supported staff who have resident’s wellbeing at the core of all they do. You will be responsible for providing the highest standards of person-centred care to resident’s whilst maintaining dignity, respect, and wellbeing.

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Employment Type: Permanent, Full or Part Time Hours

Shifts: 8pm - 8am, working on a 2 week rolling rota

About You

Naturally compassionate with a caring disposition

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Within The Care Industry.

Minimum NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care is essential.

Medication administration training and/or a willingness to undertake training if required

Ability to work flexible hoursBenefits you will receive
