Nursery Nurse, Croughton, (NN13) We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s fabulous family run nursery based in Croughton. The Nursery Nurse will be passionate and confident about working with children and must have good communication skills. The nursery offers parents the highest childcare in a beautiful, homely setting. Job Type: permanent, Full time and all year round Hours: 40 hours a week. Salary: Starting at national minimum wage (depending on age and experience) The successful candidate will: Have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent. Possess a working knowledge of the Early Years Framework Be able to work well in a team. Have the ability to enhance and develop children’s learning through play. Be able to monitor and complete essential observations. Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Have recent experience working in an early year setting. Be confident in working with babies and young children.
