Healthcare Assistant, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 0PS Looking for care assistants for our client’s fabulous care home situated in Lymington, Hampshire. Our client’s home is a private nursing home providing professional and sympathetic care in a personal, friendly and comfortable environment. It has accommodation for 56 residents in single occupancy rooms, most with en-suite facilities. Offering the best local rates of pay: Our weekday rates are from £9.60 to £11.60, depending on shift and qualification. Special rate for bank holidays Full and Part time position are available. You will be flexible and able to work on a rota basis and you will be required to work some weekends. Mainly day shifts available. You will have: a compassionate and caring personality Previous experience working with those with dementia and complex needs is essential. the patience and understanding to help individuals with care and support needs. to want to bring a daily smile to every resident whom you care for and brighten up their day. To be willing to enrol on, on the-job training programmes to equip you with the skills to do your job well.Ideally you will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, but we will consider those with a high level of experience and no qualifications also.
