  • Are you a first level registered nurse (RGN)?

  • Do have a post qualification study at level 6 in a specialised area, e.g. Leg Ulcer module, Diabetes, Palliative care and a Level 6 mentorship qualification?

We are looking for band 6 nurses to join our self-directed neighbourhood nursing teams in Strood and on the Hoo peninsula. We may be able to offer other areas too!The teams deliver person-centred integrated care in the community. The aim of the service is to support people to remain as independent at home as long as possible, proactively facilitating self-care.The teams provide consistent care to a defined community caseload of patients, 365 days a year, 24/7 hours a day.
