Our client is looking for an experienced self-employed mortgage adviser, with the future opportunity of shares in the business, to support him and his team in their established and extremely busy offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser that is looking to join a successful and rapidly expanding independent mortgage brokerage. The company is also expanding into the estate agency market where there is an abundance of opportunities to develop within the mortgage and protection areas of work. The successful candidate will enjoy working on predominantly Residential and Buy-To-Let mortgage cases as well as advising on protection products with a combination of leads generated by the company and self-generated leads, for which you will receive additional rewards. The firm will also support and train you to develop your own client portfolio and build professional relationships that will supply you with your own referrals. You will deal with clients over the telephone, using online meeting platforms like Zoom or Teams, as well as face to face. You will provide high-quality Mortgage and Protection advice, from the Whole Market, and as such, you will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience within this field and be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have achieved CAS status.

Our client will also consider candidates from a restricted/ tied environment, such as banks or building societies, which presents a phenomenal opportunity for someone to move into the independent mortgage broking world! You will be supported by a highly efficient Admin Team, which will allow you to do what you do best; write plenty of business with fantastic earning potential! They have a flexible working hours structure which can be office or home-based and can offer market leading financial packages including excellent commission structures so all earnings are uncapped. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to receive shares in the business after two years of effective service.
