Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager (circa £40,000 + Benefits) to join a thriving B2B business in Wellingborough. With innovative technology at the forefront of their global market this strong business has a brilliant list of clients that they support in business solutions.

The role benefits from hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align campaigns with product/service launches.
• Assess and recommend the use of channels to effectively deliver campaign proposition and messaging, including digital channels, events, exhibitions, PR etc.
• Manage and work with agencies to deliver campaigns and campaign activities.
• Create compelling and targeted content for all channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all campaign materials.
• Utilise digital marketing platforms to execute online campaigns, including PPC, SEO, digital PR and social media advertising.
• Manage the digital marketing agency.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
• Use data insights to optimise future campaigns and enhance overall marketing strategy.
• Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and key stakeholders.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise lead volume, quality and ROI.
