Proximity Recruitment are searching for a video & digital asset focused Content Manager (circa £48,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving, innovative business near Rushden.

The position manages a budget of £1.2 million, works with agencies and is predominantly focused on video & CGI content. The role benefits from hybrid working and requires 2 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for content (photography, film, illustrations, copy) both on and offline, supporting the Marketing Lead in ensuring the tone, message and visual execution is on brand, inspirational, customer centric and accurate therefore serving a consistent customer experience.
• Develop content strategy with Marketing Lead that underpins the marketing and category strategies to ensure direction is clear for both planned and tactical content across the business.
• Awareness of all content requirements across the business to be able to create, maintain, communicate and execute a content plan across all external and internal channels.
• Chair cross functional content meetings, developing relationships and ways of working with multiple stakeholders that results in efficient content briefing and production and consistent use across all channels.
• Develop and maintain collaborative ways of working to fulfil content needs across internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely, costs effective production of world class content.
• Ensure all content aligns to brand and tone of voice guidelines, is consistent in terms of style and quality in order to deliver creative excellence.
• Orchestrate agencies to deliver ’best in class’ results.

The successful candidate will likely build a high performing in-house team over time and have the resources to use agencies in the meantime.
