Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager (£44,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits) to join a large, successful product focused business near Rushden on an initial 12-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.The role is key one for the organisation and focuses on ATL campaigns (advertising, Radio, TV & PR) as well as agency (3) & stakeholder management.The position benefits from hybrid working and either 2 or 3 days a week working from home.Responsibilities Include
  • Lead the delivery of the ATL activity, working closely with the media agency to develop and deliver media plans that deliver against campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with the in-house design team to develop engaging creatives that deliver cut-through and supports brand positioning.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of our agency partners, building strong working relationships and managing performance.
  • Lead cross-functional representation of Campaign, ATL and PR activity, keeping stakeholders informed on plans and ensuring integration and alignment across the business.
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Work with our creative agencies to lead the advertising and campaign production process.
  • Devise and deliver end-to-end PR strategies.
  • Develop a close working relationship with broader marketing and trading team colleagues.
  • Manage the relationship with our monitoring and analysis agency.
  • Lead and develop the always on PR strategy to drive engagement and awareness amongst media and influencers.
  • Managing a direct report.
