Marketing Executive
You will have a broad understanding of the luxury industry and its players and what drives customer loyalty in this space. You will be the custodian of our VIC customer needs. You will have an understanding of the full marketing mix and be attentive to details. You will feel comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and work well in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

About You
You will need to have prior experience within the marketing. You will work with the Group Marketing Manager to understand the needs and objectives of the Private Shopping division and in line with our wider Customer Strategy and assist in any administration required to execute this. While also making sure project documentation and calendar are up to date. Good PC literacy is needed (Word, Excel and preferably SAP). Work with Insights, CRM & Loyalty, VM, Events and the broader BED team to deliver on key campaigns. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be responsible for nurturing and building key relationships with relevant contacts. You will have strong time-management skills with the ability and willingness to multi-task while also being a true ambassador of the Harrods brand, the Marketing Team and the Brand Experience Division.
