Resourcing Manager - Retail & Head Office

As a Resourcing Manager, your role is to coach, mentor, inspire and motivate your team of Resourcing Partners, to ensure we are attracting, sourcing, selecting, and retaining people to become a part of our Harrods story.

About you.

As a resourcing professional, you will use your experience to support and develop your team to recruit high calibre candidates ensuring they follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including, briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management as per our “resourcing toolkit”.

Constantly build your teams confidence and capability by coaching, supporting and mentoring them to be an expert, trusted advisors in the industry they recruit for. Clear objectives and goals should be a given; always ensuring these goals are motivating, engaging and proactive in everything that we do.

As well as this, your role as a manager will be to constantly challenge the status quo, to build our capability and drive service excellence for our candidates and stake holders. You will be accountable for all SLA’s and KPI’s within your team to ensure we are driving efficiency and productivity. This data should also offer the business insight to help them understand our collective successes and failures.

Alongside this you will need to collaborate with Employee Experience, to build effective content marketing strategies, helping candidates understand why they should work at Harrods that’s in line with our employer brand, whilst ensuring the appropriate channels are being utilised to attract talent to our business.

About us.

We are a large, busy HR team with expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations and Learning & Development. As we work quickly, you’ll need to do the same. The business looks to us to help us find exceptional talent to do exceptional things every day.

Location– Flexible. You will need to able to travel to our Knightsbridge and Hammersmith site a few days a week. The other days you are able to work from home.
