About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our forward-thinking Strategy and Marketing division on a part time basis until end of December 2021. The contract is for 18 hours per week with flexibility around the shift pattern.


Working in the Marketing Campaigns team, you will play an integral role in assisting and coordinating the delivery of integrated, multi media campaigns that meet the strategic business objectives across NFU Mutual as a whole. Further duties include:


  • Support the Marketing Campaigns Consultant to plan, develop and execute integrated campaigns that meet marketing objectives. Deliver marketing collateral, webpages, brochures, direct marketing etc. as part of a campaign on time, to quality and regulatory standards and to budget.

  • Build relationships with channel owners to facilitate the delivery of integrated plans that meet business objectives. Deliver activity, including BAU direct marketing activity to support the integrated campaign on time, to quality and regulatory standards and to budget.

  • Maintain and circulate the campaign plan, raising issues and risks in order to ensure activity is delivered to plan. Provide campaign delivery support to ensure effective organisation is in place.

  • Liaise with third party suppliers on campaign activity to support the delivery of marketing campaigns to time, agreed quality and regulatory standards and to budget.

  • Prepare, document and provide relevant campaign activity information to enable effective analysis to take place on key campaign metrics e.g. website hits, conversion rates.

  • Maintain a culture of test and learn to drive continuous improvement and keep up to date with marketing techniques.

  • Deliver short term/one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.


This is a truly exciting opportunity and time to join the Marketing Campaigns team who are developing and undergoing new commercial strategies to support in campaign activity. The Marketing Campaigns Coordinator will play an important part in helping to shape this and will be able to provide ideas to achieve the best and most effective campaigns for NFU Mutual.

What we’re looking for

The appointed candidate for this role will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in assisting in the delivery of end-to-end multi-media integrated campaigns. We also require someone with solid expertise in direct marketing and experience in liaising with external print and creative agencies. Additionally, excellent stakeholder relationship and management skills, a can-do attitude and someone who is a real team player is essential attributes to be successful in this role.
