We’re looking for a HR systems expert to join our team and be part of our great culture here at CUK. The role of myHR Portal (HR Systems) Manager is part of the Future Readiness, People Planning & Change Team

The Role

The role of Manager, myHR portal (HR System) will be part of the Future Readiness, People Planning & Change Team. The role is to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of myHR Portal (HR system for our office based employees).

You will be jointly accountable for myHR portal governance, its cyclical releases, change processes, as well as business as usual enhancements, ensuring that how we develop the system links into aiding Carnival UKs values and the People Team strategy.

About You

To be a successful myHR portal (HR System) Manager you should have experience and knowledge in managing HR/People systems and previous experience of change and incident management, with the ability to manage, review and improve processes.

You’ll have good time management and efficiency skills, are organised and delivery focused, good planning skills and are process driven. Also you should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to work collaboratively at all levels.

A good knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.

The role have been levelled at CUK08 and is part time (17.5 hours per week).

Due to cyclical activities and business needs, the working pattern of the role will be 7 hours on a Monday and a Friday, the remaining 3.5 hours (half a day) is open for discussion at interview stage.
