The Maintenance Manager will lead a dual site maintenance team in North Devon and on the southern M5 corridor. There is a small but skilled Maintenance team covering electrical and mechanical maintenance and facilities management. Your role will be to not only oversee both planned and emergency repair which the engineers may carry out, but also be a hands on member of the team.

The Opportunity:
Schedule and delegate tasks among the maintenance teams regarding all aspects of planned and emergency repair (both electrical and electronic within a busy manufacturing dual site facility.
Manage building maintenance and all FM on the sites.Monitor overall team performance to ensure people stay productive and safe.
All Engineering and Operational related activities – PPM System Maintenance and Planning creation, Operational Risk Mitigation, Project Coordination, identifying and closing out any outstanding losses to asset performance.
Demonstrable experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.

You will offer:
Minimum of 5 years Maintenance Management experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques such as Six Sigma,
Engineering Qualifications – Electronics systems and component manufacture would be ideal. Benefits:
