Events Logistics Coordinator - Events
Birmingham
£30,000 per year, plus overtime & bonus
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Events logistics Coordinator to join their team, overseeing Various types of events across the UK and Europe. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, with additional bonuses based on performance along with overtime for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
" Coordinate and manage the logistical requirements for various types of events across UK and Europe, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality experiences for customers.
" Travel to various locations within Europe to oversee event setup, dismantle, and operations.
" Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan, organize, and execute events according to client specifications.
" Manage event logistics and various modes of transportation such as road, air and sea freight.
" Oversee on-site event activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure various logistical requirements for both event organisers and exhibitors run smoothly from start to finish.
" Maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and vendors to guarantee satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Candidate Spec:
" Logistics Knowledge / Background of working in logistics is preferred with an understanding for Freight Forwarding.
" Events background
" Multi lingual - German speaking (preferred not essential)
" Strong communications and relationship building skills
" Flexible with working hours, min of 6-7 weeks travelling around Europe which will increase with experience gained.
