We are looking to hire an experience Learning & Development Advisor to support our Southern / London regions. This role can be homebased, travel will be required to local and regional office.

The Learning & Development Advisor role:

The Learning and Development Advisor will support with the Head of Organisational Development and HR Business Partners to deliver the implementation of agreed L&D plans.This will include the design, development, or commissioning of learning and development interventions to meet our business strategy and our Build Sure commitments.

In addition, the role will also focus on continuing to develop our Learning Management System by working with subject matter experts to generate engaging and relevant technical learning content.

Key responsibilities:

  • In partnership with HR Business Partners support the development and delivery of learning plans for dedicated Regions
  • Responsible for advising your Region on all aspects of development, guiding them to effective activities and solutions
  • Supporting HR Business Partners and managers to identify gaps between existing and required capabilities
  • Leading and supporting the delivery of subsequent learning solutions and providing clear and measurable benefits
  • Working with internal SMEs and external training providers to support the delivery of technical and soft skill learning requirements

Your profile:

  • Experience as a L&D professional operating at an advisor level
  • Prior experience working within the construction sector
  • Experience of working with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience of designing and delivering training programmes
  • CIPD qualification
