We have an opening for a Mechanically biased Project Engineer to join the project team on a 6 star Hotel build in Central London.

Building Services Project Engineer / Package Manager

As a member of the project team, reporting to the project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination and leadership of a number of sub-contractors employed in a variety of trades within the respective area of works. Working with the Commercial staff write the Scope of Works for each package, for which you are responsible for managing the Mechanical packages from install right through to commissioning.

Your profile

  • Mechanically biased.
  • Construction Management experience would be ideal.
  • Previous Residential / Hotel or commercial experience ideally on MEP packages in excess of £10 Million.
  • Knowledge of managing multiple MEP trade packages.
  • Extensive experience with plant rooms & switch rooms.
