WHAT TO EXPECT

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP GRC Specialist to join our team at the SAP CoE – Centre of Excellence.

As a Lead SAP GRC Specialist, you will provide expert advice and technical knowledge in SAP Authorisations, GRC, Access Control, and hands-on expertise to develop and implement SAP authorisation change requests. You will also be responsible for actively supporting Jaguar Land Rover’s SAP GRC Access Control system and ensuring that all developments are compliant with relevant standards.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Provide relevant specialist Information Technology knowledge to ensure Information Technology Management deliver solutions that achieve functional deliverables for any business function utilising SAP
  • Manage and deliver Business as Usual Change Requests for Roles and Authorisations changes
  • Support the IGA manager to ensure all appropriate governance requirements are adhered to
  • Use relationship management skills to partner with the operational business and IT Management to map out requirements gathering and deliver technical specifications to ensure IT Management delivers measurable value
  • Support the SAP COE by effective cross-functional working with the wider Digital SAP community to deliver IT Management strategies/initiatives and to identify opportunities for improvement and solutions development

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

You will be ensuring that all new developments (running changes or projects) executed by our delivery and support partners build on the existing Jaguar Land Rover SAP authorisations design and standards. This includes investigating and understanding new and emerging SAP solutions as well as taking part in Solution Design Authority meetings for running and project changes, providing process and design guidance as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Technical SAP expertise in authorisations, access controls and SAP GRC
  • Experience of the complete project life cycle
  • Experience in providing Business as usual support for SAP roles and authorisations
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills supported by advanced communication and presentation skills – used to translate IT-related issues for operational teams
  • Customer-focused – ability to determine IT Management requirements and performance measures, and initiate solutions

Desirable:

  • SAP S4/HANA knowledge and experience
  • SAP functional understanding of SAP ECC modules
  • Experience working in a controlled environment and liaising with internal and external audit functions
