About The Team

The Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) team supports all LOB within WP. Our mission is to provide a best in class experience to our clients, while also integrating our businesses and designing operating models of the future. The Field Strategy group within CS&I is focused on enabling our internal sales and support teams across Commercial Banking (CB) and the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) to successfully commercialize new solutions and prepare clients for product and process changes.

Job Description

As a member of Ready-to-Launch (RTL), the ideal candidate will manage complex product solution launches, as well as support Product partners on a consultative basis for less complex solutions (RTL Lite). This function requires an experienced project manager who is articulate, highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated. The individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of Payments, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Critical aspects of the role include:
  • Partnering closely with Payments Product Leads to understand and help drive the delivery strategy on new solutions across CB and CIB
  • Project managing key solution launches using RTL framework, established processes, and tracking key deliverables
  • Coordinating with Field Strategy partners to ensure alignment of field enablement, readiness and communication plans to prepare internal audiences to commercialize and support new solutions
  • Understanding success criteria for key stakeholder groups, ensuring key performance indicators are measured and accurately reported
This position requires understanding of products and solutions. This could include key concepts such as digital channels, alternative payment methods and APIs across the payables, receivables, liquidity, digital and commercial card landscape. This role will primarily support North America launches., as well as provide backup support as needed across the broader RTL Team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the RTL process for assigned projects, coordinating with key stakeholders and internal partners across multiple LOBs to ensure successful delivery of new solutions
  • Identify, track and drive completion of project deliverables using established RTL tools
  • Provide project management support to assess impacts, provide strategic guidance, define requirements, and keep launches on track
  • Establish strong working relationships with product partners, as well as key stakeholder partners in service, implementations, marketing, legal, compliance, risk and controls
  • Diligent tracking of progress through Workfront system and assist in preparing stakeholder updates for management
Skills And Qualifications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
  • Knowledge of Payments products and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at working with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for diversity of thought
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint)
