Position Summary

Cash Operations offers innovative solutions and services to various Lines of Business across multiple asset classes and geographies. The unit maintains relationships with hundreds of clients worldwide. In addition to this J.P. Morgan is an industry leader in providing clearing, custody, operations, and technology solutions.

EMEA Payments Operations is responsible for ensuring timely payments on behalf of the clients (both internal and external) of the firm. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day Operations for the Low Value Payments Processing Function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily reconciliation and investigation of breaks across the Low Value Product set
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all relevant tasks and activities in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Responsibility to complete daily client reporting
  • Support key stakeholders to deliver system, Product and clearing changes
  • Foster working relationships with our offshore teams
  • To be an escalation point and SME for all key stakeholders on the Low Value Product set
  • Drive the risk, controls and innovation agendas
  • Drive the client experience through strong partnership with Service, Sales, Product and Tech
  • Identify opportunities and drive roll out of improvement initiatives within Low Value
