Job Description

The Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) and Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketplaces Technology Team in Wholesale Payments is focused on providing innovative banking solutions that will accelerate financial digitization and facilitate the growth and operational efficiency of small businesses, marketplaces and gig economies as well as serve as a catalyst for the financial recovery and growth of small and medium businesses globally. Responsibilities Include
  • Analyzing and documenting large scale Financial Systems.
  • gather, analyze, document and communicate requirements as well as maintain project plans and track project status.
  • As scrum master, facilitate scrum process and coach an area product team
  • Understand and document the requirements of the respective business areas and their products.
  • Perform data analysis, Measure, create and publish metrics.
  • Responsible for acquiring stakeholder consensus for all documented business requirements.
  • Work with the different development teams to assist in documenting the system designs.
  • Act as a liaison between Business Users/SMEs and developers to ensure proper documentation of the business
  • Application requirements and technical specifications in order to produce comprehensive functional requirements.
  • Work within the change control process to document and update changing system requirements.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of QA/UAT testing of applications.
  • Test support and partner app demand management
  • Manage and maintain a RAID log taking ownership to see items through to closure
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed appropriately of progress within the program/project
  • Provide a big picture view of deliverables, but should have attentional to key details. Track and manage independently.
  • Should provide inputs for decision making. Capacity planning, schedule mgmt., roadmaps & able to deliver estimates grounded on data.
  • Should understand overall control objectives for the JIRA and overall SCRUM management.
  • Able to partner with fellow business analysts, technology functions to perform RCA. Draft business impact and plan for delivery.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Test Project execution
  • Experience in Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master
  • Experienced in collecting, organizing and tracking requirements (requirements management)
  • Excellent analytical skills, especially pertaining to data analysis.
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • Financial Services systems experience
  • Understanding of Derivatives Operations strongly preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level.
  • Must have experience with gathering requirements and working with technical staff to develop system designs.
  • Must have experience with the following set of tools: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
