Our client is recruiting for an IT Support Apprenticeto join their team in Oxfordshire.

The Position

Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Salary:
£12,000 to £15,000
Role and Responsibilities
· Learning to assist IT / Telecoms support team in first line support.
· Dealing with support customers initial calls/emails into the service desk
· Learning to do initial trouble shooting
· Priorities based on level of seriousness/urgency of the enquiry and then raising support tickets
· Allocating to an engineer accordingly
· After a period, time will also be required to go on site visits if deemed necessary and accompany more senior engineers on potential project work/ implementations.

· Organized
· Confident and innovative (“Can Do attitude”);
· Excellent organizational skills
· Good communicator and team worker
· Full UK Driving License
