Salary: Basic Salary to £26,000 (DOE), plus Bonus, Company Vehicle & excellent Company Benefits
Hours: 5 days per week (one of which will be either a Saturday or Sunday)

We are now looking to recruit a new team member to support our ITS Field Service team, supporting one of our key clients, to be responsible for providing a professional, efficient maintenance and break-fix repair service across a broad range of EPOS (servers/tills/printers/PEDs/scanners/ switches/routers/APs) and IT equipment (PC’s/laptops/printers/network devices), including back-ups, re-imaging and IMACs.

What you will be doing…

Working as part of the wider ITS field service team, you will:

  • Provide a technical service to our client, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Effectively repair customer equipment to maintain the highest levels first time fix
  • Manage and control vehicle/site stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers
  • Manage used stock returns to ensure maximum throughput into the repair cycle

You will ideally have...

  • Good product knowledge across retail and IT hardware / images and OS
  • Solid experience across PC/Laptop break fix, Windows Migration, laser printer fix & EPOS
  • Proven fault-finding techniques
  • Excellent Interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to multi-task to meet service priorities
  • Ability to work under own initiative in pressured situations to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction
