We’re on the lookout for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on an ongoing temporary basis with potential to go permanent.

About The Role

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Selling our clients products and additional support packages.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to new emails.
  • Provide up-to-date product knowledge to customers and inform them of current promotions
  • Making outbound calls to customers to see if they want to go ahead purchasing goods
  • No cold calling required

Details

This role offers full time hours on a rotating shift pattern or set shift patterns available between Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 and Saturday 09:00-18:00. Pay rate is £8.91 per hour with additional bonus scheme.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will require excellent attention to detail and telephone manner, IT literate, work well as part of a team and willing to commit to training and learn new skills.
