Join HR in Chemtech (ERA Region) as our HR Coordinator to help us further develop our processes, so we can take HR to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:
  • Prepare, issue & maintain employment contracts for both temporary and new employees
  • Work with the Resourcing team to identify and arrange employee medicals to meet project requirements
  • Manage and maintain employee timesheets, and work with Project Management, Payroll & Finance to meet business requirements and deadlines. Compile and share labour hours with management on a monthly basis
  • Admin support to management related to application / obtaining European work permits/visas
  • Work with business managers and related functions to maintain Competency matrix of skills and behaviours.
  • Identify and propose training requirements arising from Competency assessments and support development of training budgets and plans accordingly.
  • Compile HR date for monthly reporting
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in Human Resources - within a busy and sometimes pressurised environment
  • Possess or be working towards a CIPD qualification; consideration will be given to those who can demonstrate that they have relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of current UK employment law would be an advantage, and ideally European employment law
  • Experience of contracting temporary staff with frequent turnaround
  • Familiar with ISO9001, OHSAS18001, VCA-SCC
  • Knowledge and experience of HR systems and documentation, ideally with SAP
  • General computer and software skills
  • The ability to provide an excellent level of Customer Service to people at all levels
  • Able to work on own initiative, be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
